Sample Vanuatu’s famous organic beef or the beautiful deep water tropical snapper called “Poulet”. Enjoy freshly picked fruit and vegetables grown in the red volcanic soil of Vanuatu. Select from a wide range of fine Australian, New Zealand and French wines or sample the island cocktails.
Eratap Restaurant
Set right on Eratap beach with stunning ocean views sits the resort’s restaurant with lounge area, bar, open verandah and terrace.
It’s a great place to watch the day unfold, or relax with a drink and watch the setting sun. Dine under the stars on the terrace or kick off your shoes and have a meal on the beach.
Eratap guests are not required to book a table, one will always be available. Non-guests are welcome to visit our restaurant after 11.00am for lunch and dinner but bookings are essential.
Our Menu
Our Chef creates a daily selection of local and international cuisine using freshly caught and farmed produce from around Vanuatu. If you have any dietary requirements you would like to discuss please email [email protected] for assistance.
Dining Hours
Our kitchen opens at 7.30am and stays open all day till 10.00pm, breakfast is served from 7.30am till 10.30am, lunch till 5.00pm and dinner from 5.00pm.
Entertainment
On Tuesday night we have the wonderful Vanuatu Fire Show performing their amazing routine on the beach in front of the restaurant.
On Friday night we have local acoustic guitarist James Langdale playing while on Saturday night we have our half price alcohol night and free kava tasting. Watch as we make Kava from scratch on Saturday afternoon in the restaurant.
Breakfast
A full cooked a la carte breakfast is available daily in the restaurant for in house guests from 7:30 am till 10.30am. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate.
Bar & Lounge
Central to our restaurant facilities is our bar and lounge. With stunning ocean views and a great range of cocktails, beers and wines this is an ideal area to watch the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean.
We provide daily service to our swimming pool. Use the pool phone to order and our lovely wait staff will bring your drinks to the pool.
Room Service
The resort offers room service and pool service for lunch and dinner free of extra charges.
