Terms & Conditions

The resort is an adults only resort except during Family Weeks (High Season) when children aged over 7 are permitted at the resort. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted at the resort year round. Note – from 1 April 2025 – Children aged 13 and over are permitted year round at the Resort

 

Rates

• All rates quoted are for 2 adults inclusive of:
  • Arrival & departure transfers
  • A la carte breakfast daily
  • Wireless Internet
  • Daily shuttle service to Port Vila (depart morning, return afternoon)
  • Motorised boats with driver, kayaks, SUPs, snorkelling equipment, bikes, surfboards (soft tops), tennis court & equipment, gymnasium
  • Activities put on by the resort
  • Unlimited use of Castaway Island (offshore island exclusive to the Resort)
  • Vanuatu Tourism Levy
  • 15% VAT
• All rates shown are for 2 adults and are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
• We will match any rate quoted in the market at time of booking

 

Booking

• To confirm a booking a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required, payable within 3 days of booking request
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• Deposits are refundable if booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival (bank charge fees apply)

 

Cancellation or Change of Booking Fees

• More than 61 days notice prior to arrival date No Cancellation Fee
• Between 30 and 60 days (inclusive) prior to arrival date 1 nights accommodation cost
• Less than 29 days notice prior to arrival date / no shows/ or days not used due to late arrivals or premature departures. For each night cancelled 100% of accommodation cost
